Terms of service

The service

JOBE provides recruitment workflow, data organisation, AI-assisted extraction, coaching, reporting and client-output tools. Features may improve over time. Each advertised plan includes only the capabilities described at checkout; Business currently remains an individual recruiter workspace and does not include multi-user seats.

Your responsibilities

• Keep account access secure and provide accurate billing information.
• Use candidate and client information lawfully, transparently and only for legitimate recruitment purposes.
• Obtain any required permission before recording or transcribing a call.
• Review AI-produced information before relying on or sharing it.
• Do not probe, disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer or misuse the service or other users’ information.

Trials, billing and cancellation

Paid plans begin with a free trial of one calendar month and require a payment method. Unless cancelled before the displayed trial end, Stripe automatically charges the price and billing cycle shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Use Settings → Manage or cancel subscription to open Stripe’s customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless Stripe states otherwise.

Except where law requires otherwise, fees already paid for a started billing period are non-refundable. Contact support promptly if you believe a charge is incorrect.

AI limitations

AI output can be incomplete or wrong and is not a substitute for recruiter judgment, reference checks, right-to-work checks, professional advice or fair hiring processes. Do not use JOBE to make solely automated employment decisions or to infer protected characteristics.

Availability, liability and termination

We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, JOBE is not responsible for indirect loss, lost placements, lost profits or decisions made from unreviewed AI output. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. We may suspend accounts for security, non-payment or serious misuse.
